Pseudoarthrosis (nonunion) after non-operative (cast) or surgical treatment of fractures is the name given to non-union. Today, it is very common in our country and also around the world, and it is a bigger problem especially for elderly patients. The deterioration of bone quality, osteoporosis and concomitant diseases in patients over 70 years of age make it difficult to overcome this problem. For the reasons listed above, the healing of bone fractures and the recovery of these patients may not be possible despite many surgeries. Because of these reasons, different solutions and methods should be used for these cases.
