Before beginning to deformity surgery, preoperative planning is very important. First, It is defined CORA (center of rotation of angulation), then set the frame up, and the place of osteotomy is determined.
Following all the set up accomplished, osteotomy is performed. Then you can correct the deformity either acutely or gradually depending on deformity and limb.
Treatment of period approximately last 3-4 months.
